About me#
So this is me ! My name is Daniela Martínez. I am 23 years old and my birthday is the 17th of August. I am a graduate of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Havana, Cuba. I am a professor and researcher at the Center for Complex Systems of the Faculty of Physics at the University of Havana. I’m currently in my first year of a PhD in Bioengineering at the Université Libre de Bruxelles as part of a joint project with the University of Havana. As for my studies, I’m conducting research on biological and chemical pollution in Cuban bays, mostly using data obtained with low-cost, low-maintenance tools designed by myself and other project colleagues.

I love learning and constantly improving, but outside of my studies, I like spending time with my family, having fun with my friends, and I also enjoy spending time alone.
Yes, that’s pretty much it!
